Warranty Policy
FOOTWEAR-
OHM New York Six Months Limited Warranty applies solely to OHM products purchased at our website ohmnewyork.com or from authorized OHM New York retailers. The six month limited warranty is void if purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
OHM New York reserves the right to evaluate any shoe for determination for warranty coverage and reserves the right to deny any warranty claims due to habitual abuse. Please allow up to 7-10 days for the full warranty evaluation process.
OHM New York Six months Limited Warranty covers the following:
- Stitching
- Quality of leather
- All hardware- eyelets, buckles and hooks.
- Attachment of sole to upper and of components of upper, sole
- Durability of outsole- will not deteriorate, crack or split under normal wearing conditions
The following are not covered under OHM New York Six months Limited Warranty:
- Stitching or hardware failure due to being caught, hooked, snagged or other abnormal wearing accidents.
- Leather not properly treated to keep from drying out.
- Material failure caused by excessive wear, unreasonable use, exposure of caustic chemicals, extreme heats, alteration or abnormal wear related to occupation.
- separation of sole or sole component due to being caught, hooked, snagged or cut
- Heavy wear.
- Poor fit.

LEATHER GOODS INCLUDING BELTS, WALLETS AND BAGS-
Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, all leather goods including belts, wallets, and bags are protected from the original date of purchase by a one year limited warranty (proof of purchase required).
If an item proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use with in the first year, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. Defective bags or small leather goods will not be returned to customer. Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.
CONDITIONS & EXCLUSIONS
The warranties offered herein by OHM New York do not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear or any alteration, service or repair performed by any other party other than OHM New York or its authorized licensee or provider. We only accept complaints for products that have been purchased at the ohmnewyork.com

OTHER ACCESSORIES-
