WHAT IS OHM NEW YORK RETURN POLICY?

30 Day Guarantee Return

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of item that are new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from the OHM New York online store and all original packaging and other components included.  Return must be accompanied by an original OHM New York receipt/ invoice or gift receipt. All OHM New York items must have all original packaging and components to be eligible for return or exchange.

We do not accept returns of custom- made, personalized items or sale items.  All sale items are final and can not be returned. If there is product defect we will gladly accept return.

Returns made within 30 days of the purchase date will be eligible for a full refund. Credit for your item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the original form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The refund should appear on your next billing statement. You will receive an email notification confirming the completion of return processing.

FINAL SALE PRODUCTS:

We do not accept return or exchange of items purchases on sale at any time. All custom made, personalized items are considered Final Sale.

Exchange can not be facilitated by mail. To return your item(s) by mail please follow the instructions below:

  • Select the "start a return" link above. 
  • Select the items you want to return.
  • Securely pack your merchandise, making sure to include packing slip. The product should be returned in its original packaging and condition.
  • Affix the pre-addressed and pre-paid return label to your package.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to prepare your return for shipment back to our warehouse.

    Returning a Gift Purchased online

    Gift recipient can request to return gift item(s) they receive for any reason you are not happy.

    Gift can be returned by mail when accompanied by the gift receipt or original packing slip. For merchandise send with Gift Receipt only, you will receive merchandise credit that will be issued in the form of OHM New York E-Gift Card. Original form of payment can be only issued to Gift purchaser not the Gift recipient. Gift recipient can only get credit note. 

    Return and Exchange Restrictions:

    • OHM New York does not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased from other retailers.
    •  Return must be accompanied by an original OHM New York receipt/ invoice or gift receipt.
    • All OHM New York items must have all original packaging and components to be eligible for return or exchange.
    • Gift cards and merchandise credits are not-returnable, can not be replaced if lost or stolen and can not be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
    • We do not accept return or exchange of items purchased on sale at any time. All custom made, personalized items are considered Final Sale.

    WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

    It can take upto two weeks to receive your return item and process the refund in original form of payment. Be assure we will send you email notification as soon as we process refund.
